I’ve been asked if I could bring the following to reader’s attention:
As part of the development process of an Alcohol Hidden harm Toolkit, commissioned by Comic Relief and designed for use with practitioners, Hidden Harm teams and others, we are planning to hold a consultation event with intended users of the toolkit to discuss the format in which it should best be presented in order to be of most use to users.
The event will take the form of a discussion group meeting, to be held at Comic Relief’s offices at 89 Albert Embankment, London SE1 7TP, on Tuesday 26th February at 4.00pm and will last for around 90 minutes. There will be information about the Toolkit, its purpose and contents, and an opportunity to discuss a variety of proposed formats in which it might be presented. Light refreshments will be available. The event will be small-scale, with plenty of opportunity for everyone to contribute.
You or a colleague are warmly invited to attend and to contribute your views, which will be vital at this stage in the Toolkit’s development, and which will contribute to its eventual publication and use. We would be delighted if you could take part.
Please contact Colin Forbes, event facilitator, at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to attend. It would be very helpful to have your response by Friday 15th February to enable us to plan for numbers. Full details, travel information etc, will be sent out before the event.
